  From time to time during FIRST LEGO? League activities or events, participants will be video taped, photographed, or interviewed for possible promotions. These images or quotes may also appear on the FIRST LEGO? League website or videos. FLL Tournaments require a consent form from each team coach for all child and adult team members
   

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All team members and volunteers with the team must provide a completed FLL Consent form when attending an event. The CONSENT FORM is downloadable at FIRST LEG LEAGUE. See also Appendix C of the FLL Team Manual for additional information.
